Learn tofight witha coach inyour ear
Boxing and MMA training for your phone, with more martial arts on the way. Learn the techniques, then put them together in rounds while the coach calls the shots.
Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.
Jab, cross, slip, hook
That's a round. The coach calls combinations out loud, by name or by number, with the bell and a ten-second warning. You keep your eyes up and your hands moving.
What's in the app
Start with your stance and a jab. Every part builds on what you've already learned.
- Lessons
- Stance, footwork, defence, hooks, uppercuts, body work and combinations, each with a short video and drills.
- Called rounds
- Timed rounds and rest, built from the techniques you know. Pick the number of rounds and how long they run.
- Sparring partner
- An opponent on screen throws. You answer with the defence you've learned, then counter. It goes slowly at first and speeds up as you get it.
- Career
- Train for each fight, then walk out. Go from novice to a title shot, with three judges scoring every round.
- Fight Camp
- A four-week program that builds your base and your engine together.
- Your progress
- Streaks, an attribute radar and your fighter style, so you can see what you train and what you skip.
Learn the craft
Every lesson in the app has a free guide on this site: key points, step by step, and the mistakes to avoid.
- BoxingHands, feet and defence. The clearest path from zero to a real base.
- MMAStriking, wrestling and ground work as one system.
- Muay ThaiThe art of eight limbs. A tall stance, teeps and round kicks, then checks, knees, elbows and the clinch.
- KickboxingBoxing hands with teeps and round kicks: a stance that does both, then the kicks, checks and combinations.
- Brazilian Jiu-JitsuPosition before submission. Solo movement, escapes and your first guard work.
- WrestlingStance, level changes, shots and sprawls. Most of it you can drill alone, with partner work marked clearly.
Combat sports training is hard on the body. Warm up, stay within your limits and check with a doctor first if you have a health condition. The app is for solo training; spar with a real partner only under a qualified coach.
