What you learn
Hands, feet and defence. The clearest path from zero to a real base. You will learn 16 techniques: Step in, Circle out, Pivot, Jab, Cross, High block, Parry, Slip, Step back, Lead hook, Rear hook, Lead uppercut, Rear uppercut, Jab to the body, Cross to the body, Lead hook to the body.

The foundation

Beginners, and anyone who wants to tidy up the basics. You don't need a gym, a partner or any kit: every lesson can be practised on your own.
